Job Title: Aftersales Engineer / Service Network Management Engineer (Mandarin)

Salary: $80k-120k/yr (base salary) + 1 month performance bonus

Job Description:
- Carry out service network planning according to the company's strategic planning.
- Responsible for service network site selection, on-site inspection, evaluation and analysis, business negotiation, etc., and implement the development plan of the target country/region.
- Carry out the guidance of service agent construction and promote the opening and delivery of overseas service agents.
- Assist to improve the overseas service network system, manage regional service agents, and supervise operational indicators.
- Monitor and improve the satisfaction of overseas customers, and evaluate the performance of service agents.
Requirements:
- Frequent internal communication is required, so a bilingual candidate in Mandarin and English is needed.
- Previous experience in after-sales support is also required, with a background in the automotive, battery, or energy storage industries.
- Bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years working experience in channel/network development, working experience in new energy industry is preferred.
- Familiar with overseas new energy vehicle/energy storage market, with excellent business communication and coordination ability, problem analysis and problem-solving ability, learning and pressure resistance ability.
- Open to overseas business trips.
- Proficient in using office software.
